Debra’s Real Estate career began in Long Island, New York in 1996 selling New construction homes for Parr Development in the community of Windwood Oaks located in Nesconset, New York. Debra was the exclusive sales agent for the developer and sold out two separate communities totaling 88 homes by February of 2000. Debra relocated to Marco Island, FL in February of 2000 and continued her passion of selling residential real estate in the Marco Island and surrounding areas. Debra’s experience of over 24 years has helped her build an extensive customer base of both buyers and sellers over the years and always welcomes the opportunity of building new relationships.
